ADAPTING TO CUSTOMER BEHAVIOR
For their global rebrand of their products and services, ADT was provided with streamlined design concepts for their digital marketing initiative. For product and service specific areas of the ADT corporate website, UX/UI designs were provided applying ADT’s visual identity specifications to an updated and clean format. In addition and with regards to ADT’s paid search, an exit mitigation strategy was recommended, with multiple designs successfully A/B tested resulting in increased offer click through and conversion rates.
